If we know anything about a path at all, it's only because of the Great ones that have gone before us. Out of their love and kindness, they have left some footprints for us to follow. So, in the same way that they wish for us, we wish that all beings everywhere, including ourselves, be safe, be happy, have good health, and enough to eat. Crafting Excellent Questions about “Fit” Organizations
Dan Montgomery  Oct 30, 2006
How can you “stay fit” to balance the need for fluidity with the need for accountability, both inside and outside the organization? Building and maintaining relationships, agreements, and commitments in this fluid environment is critical.
How to do this? The first kind of fitness is an ability to make clear requests, promises and agreements with others, to acknowledge when circumstances change, and renegotiate. The second is the capacity, the “mental model”, to visualize your business as an evolving network of agreements.
